The Orthodox Church
Father Germaine 636-459-0324
The Holy Orthodox Church maintained a united theological and doctrinal framework across a vast geographical area for over a thousand years, from Byzantium to Rome, Britain to France.
The Liturgy, or “work of/for the people,” varied to reflect the cultural and societal makeup of different regions, showing the Church's authentic and organic adaptability.
In the West, the Liturgy was concise and Patristic, much like the Latin language. The Holy Orthodox Mass is a quiet, noble form of worship.
“Be still, and know that I am God”. psalm 46
